Does not work as advertised. after camera is idle for a few hours, motion will not work. spent lots of time on email with Blink trying to get it to work. Finally they told me they were having that problem with the mini camera. i going to take it back for a refund and try to get something that will work.

This camera is terrible and I regret my purchase. It is very dark and does not catch all movement. It does not send me alerts for all of the movements in my home. I have a $20.00 camera in my bedroom that I am pleased with and will be buying 2 more to replace these two and will just be out of the money I spent which I am not happy about but there is nothing I can do.

If you don’t have WiFi, it doesn’t work. Which was really a bummer because the place I live doesn’t have WiFi or the WiFi is pretty bad so I can’t even have it recording on it’s own off WiFi to look at later, super underwhelming and upset about it:(

The camaras are great but not compatible with my phone.

It’s not the Best Buy I would recommend if your on a budget

Doesn’t detect motion. My mom walked in and out of the camera view so many times, nothing was captured. We also have 3 outdoor cameras and they work slightly better. The indoor camera has once captured a false movement, but zero actual movements. No wonder this camera was free with purchase.

Bestbuy credit card charged me a bill twice and I had to pay twice for the same amount. This credit does not show statement of account/history. I do not recommend this credit card. Customer service are not easy to reach. Provide me my statement history please. Why are you charging my bill twice???? Please call me to deactivate my credit card

Don’t bother just get a Roku camera.. Serious lag with this camera about a 20 to 30 seconds delay. Barely ever worked when plugged in you have to pay every month to run each camera it’s not worth it go with another company.

Nice camera high definition but after 2 months stop working!!

I would not recommend this product, even at a sale price, especially after using other products.

Field of view is extremely limited. Connection process is straight forward, but the units go offline frequently requiring a factory reset to bring back online. Units have unobstructed line of sight within 15 feet of of the router so signal is not the issue,

Had to find a workaround to have access to viewing on two different phones. Was interested in a system that did not require purchasing a service so I could monitor a property away from my home. Really wasn’t suited to our needs so I returned it

I needed this to watch animals when I was on vacation, and unfortunately they could here it click every time I checked the camera, or every time it recorded, which I didn’t want happening, and when I took a look I could also hear it, I returned it.

Ehhh. They have outages Nd its bot the best camera but it does the trick

The camera was inconsistent didn’t show the person entering but showed them exiting the area. It worked spotty for 2 weeks after that it didn’t pick up any motion. Couldn’t link blink camera view with the echo show of which was a package deal. Customer service tried to assist but they couldn’t get it to work. Returned product.
