You do still have to click into the camera and select the live view; it does not operate like a baby monitor. My only negative about it is I'd like the camera to be a little more clear. Picture quality is significantly worse than my iPhone 8 quality. Still a nice camera though for price.

Best security camera for the money

I was tempted to try this one, considering it will be placed in a controlled environment. And so far, I cannot regret it. The overall user experience Blink gives you is very friendly and intuitive. Definitely would recommend it.

Blink Indoor Camera

Video quality doesn’t seem to be much better than the cheap wyze cam I replaced with this blink, even after adjusting to “best” quality. Love that it’s wireless and no longer have a 9 foot cable hanging on my wall. App is pretty intuitive. Alexa integration is great. Had an issue with the first cam, customer service was very helpful.
