I have a need to keep a window open continuesly in my PC so that i can dk the surveillance. They said at this point in time they do not support a Windows App, nor it can be done logging into a cloud server. Going to return this!

My wife paid for a subscription and we've been getting billed but still can't figure out how to see recordings

Best buy doesn't care

They could have at least given me a code for best. Buy credit to my email I won't. Be buying from Best buy ever again
