Poor sound quality

I was only able to setup one camera

I didn't have much trouble setting up the first camera but like many other people, I couldn't get the second camera connected. They don't have immediate tech support and your only option is to send them a message which it took 3 days to get a response. Didn't help much since I was already on vacation. At least I had one camera. The picture quality isn't very good at all, compare it to a very cheap webcam. Being able to talk to the camera was a pretty cool feature. If I had only bought the one pack then I might have given this 3 stars.

Sad little camera

Go with a different system

We wanted to try this system for pet and home monitoring. Although the trial has great features, we do not find the monthly price worth it to sustain the features. We much prefer the Wyze Costco bundle.
