Poor tech support, and now have blink paper weight

Unable to setup again. They blame my service provider. Have 4 Dlink cameras and they all setup and are working flawlessly. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA!!!

Now I know why as I ,and my cousin , were unable to get it to operate ! We followed instructions exactly as written and both wound up with it NOT working ! We tried both the Android & the Apple setup to NO avail !!! This is NOT a Best Buy problem but one of Amazons !!! We may have to Google an answer ???!!!

I don't know if the cameras were bad or not. For my application they simply weren't suitable. I wanted local storage for video recording, which was a feature these lacked. As a result, back they went. Remember, not all products meet the needs for the end users. This simply lacked a necessary feature for my environment.

Returned.
