Better indoor cameras out there

Serious lag with this camera about a 20 to 30 seconds delay. Barely ever worked when plugged in you have to pay every month to run each camera it’s not worth it go with another company.

Finally they told me they were having that problem with the mini camera. i going to take it back for a refund and try to get something that will work.

Doesn’t work without Wifi

Which was really a bummer because the place I live doesn’t have WiFi or the WiFi is pretty bad so I can’t even have it recording on it’s own off WiFi to look at later, super underwhelming and upset about it:(

Zero real captures

My mom walked in and out of the camera view so many times, nothing was captured. We also have 3 outdoor cameras and they work slightly better. The indoor camera has once captured a false movement, but zero actual movements. No wonder this camera was free with purchase.

Would not purchase again

It is very dark and does not catch all movement. It does not send me alerts for all of the movements in my home. I have a $20.00 camera in my bedroom that I am pleased with and will be buying 2 more to replace these two and will just be out of the money I spent which I am not happy about but there is nothing I can do.

Cannot recommend if you need reliable coverage

Connection process is straight forward, but the units go offline frequently requiring a factory reset to bring back online. Units have unobstructed line of sight within 15 feet of of the router so signal is not the issue,
