After spending a morning with Blink Customer support, I was finally told that this product does not work with Satellite internet. Even though I have Starlink, which is providing 380 mbps....and it can handle pc's, printers, iphones and a smart TV....the blink cameras don't work with it. There is a latency (response time) issue when the sync module pings the camera and the camera doesn't respond fast enough. The Sync Module remains well connected, but not the cameras (which are less then 35 feet from the sync module). You can bring them back on line by rebooting the sync module, but you can't do that remotely - only Blink Customer Support can. Even though I worked with a Best Buy "expert" on these systems and he knew that I wanted to monitor my farm remotely (i.e. from my home).....even though he knew I was using Starlink....he never said "oh that won't work." So I'll be returning this.

Your situation highlights a critical compatibility issue that should have been clearly disclosed upfront: Blink cameras have known latency issues with satellite internet services, including Starlink. Even though your Starlink connection is providing excellent bandwidth (380 mbps) and successfully handles all your other devices—PCs, printers, iPhones, and smart TVs—the Sync Module's ping-response timing requirements with the cameras are too sensitive for satellite internet latency.
It's particularly frustrating that this limitation wasn't communicated by the Best Buy expert during your consultation, especially when you specifically mentioned wanting to monitor your farm remotely using Starlink. This is exactly the kind of critical compatibility information that should be part of the sales conversation to prevent situations like yours.
The fact that the cameras are only 35 feet from the Sync Module and still won't stay connected—and that you can't remotely reboot the Sync Module yourself—makes this system impractical for your remote monitoring needs.
Given this fundamental incompatibility with satellite internet, your decision to return the system is completely understandable.
