    Eh they work but video is not as sharp as competitors cameras. Simple install and set up but not the best overall.

    I couldn’t use these for some reason because they would not not connect to my blink system. The first set was amazing but these were not so great. I was on the phone blink customer service for at least an hour and still nothing. I had to return them.

    Cameras drain batteries fast

    Not satisfied with this product. Battery life very short. Have to replace to often. Live feed looks frozen unable to distinguish it from snap shot or not. Can’t really recommend this product

    Oddly enough my purchase was put somewhere other than my house. Best Buy refused to replace my order or refund my money. They told me to file a police report and it was my problem. You can only get over on me once. The terrible level of customer service and things wrong with this will cost them more than the $160 they essentially stole from me. I won’t buy from them ever again and hope others read my review and question where to shop.

    Subscription payment needed to view your own footage. Other wise you are unable to see any footage at all .

    Poor Security Cameras

    Terrible system. It's mostly offline. Purchased in 7/25 and had to replace the batteries in one of the cameras already. Live view doesn't work. Wish I returned them right away.

      Hello KKish! Thank you so much for your review and feedback of your experience with your Blink Outdoor cameras! I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with them and had to replace the batteries so soon in one of them. There are some settings that you could adjust to lengthen your battery life, especially if you are receiving numerous motion alerts. If you go into your Device Settings in the Blink smartphone app, and then go to Motion Settings, you can adjust the Sensitivity, Zones, or Retrigger Time which could all significantly change your battery life. You should get anywhere from a year to two years out of the life of the lithium-ion AA batteries under normal settings and usage, but this can be affected by network strength, heavy traffic, and numerous motion alerts and recordings. We would still love the opportunity to troubleshoot further with you so that we can possibly resolve your issues and improve your experience with your cameras. I would advise reaching directly out to us at Blink Customer Support through the Hep Menu in your Blink app. There is a Contact Us link that will take you to the ways to reach us.     sporadically picks up motion. difficult to find wanted clips and difficult to delete unwanted clips.

    Never got it to work, it could not pair with the router and took me three hours to try and fix it, but it never worked so I gave up and took him back the next day.
