This item is considered to be one of the strongest cases for Apple Watch. This is my 2nd one in a year. Construction worker.

I bought this product based on the water proof description. Thankfully, I tested the case with the dummy before putting my actual watch in. After 30 minutes submerged in water, I dried and opened the case to see water in the membrane. Thinking this was my error, I tried the water test twice more. Each test came back the same with a leak somewhere in the waterproof membrane. I was really hoping this would work for me. Product will be returned tomorrow.

Very Disappointed with this case in the first 6 months the case broke I got this case from Best Buy, Best buy told me that the case was out of warranty and that I had to contact the company directly; I Emailed the Catalyst company and they gave me such a problem in order to get a replacement, I had to post my disappointment comment on Facebook in order to get their attention eventually I received a new one but their customer service is not that good I purchased this case because they advertise that is a very rugged case but is not I don't do any physical activity when I am wearing the watch and the case just broke for no reason, I won't recommend this product

After over a year of trying to find a case for my Apple Watch I purchased this one thinking it's great. It had great reviews (and now I hope a company that stands by their product) and looked great, too. I had my Apple Watch in the case for three (3) days. Yes. Three days. My watch no longer works because it is NOT waterproof. I didn't even swim in it. I did some yard work, worked some outside in the rain. Nothing crazy. There's no other explanation that my watch no longer works other than I thoght this case would protect it as it stated. It doesn't. Do not waste your money.

After four months of using this I took it off to change into another watch band and while doing so what I found just made my jaw drop! The back of my Apple Watch, the paint is all coming off! I never went in any water either. Im in contact with catalyst too see what can be done about this. They request a receipt so I sent them a screen shot of my Best Buy account purchase history. I can not believe this product has failed for me.

I've purchased two of these now and both of them have had the silicone waterproof guard shredded before I was even able to put them on my watch. Straight up waste of $60 for something that is junk before it gets used. Please save your money instead of purchasing this, don't waste your time or money. I wouldn't trust this thing to waterproof a ducks butt in the desert.

Don't buy this product it is a waste of money, its not water proof or resistant , the turning wheel on doesn't work sensors on back don't work. the screw that holds the case together is broken so I can't lock the case. very disappointed. poor designed I didn't even own the case 1 year yet before it broke, used it once.

Only have had the case for one month and the frame cracked and having the case on it makes the side button not work. Unable to press the button. Would not buy again, Nor recommend.
