Yhey don't have one. I bought one from Amazon. The sales clerk sold me in this inverter claiming that it would jump start my car in an emergency. I took his word for it. It does not. It seems to do a good job doing what it does, so I am keeping it. I guess this is one more reason that I don't like Best Buy.

Great power inverter for < 400 continuous watts.

One of my CPAP draws less than 400 continuous watts so works great with this power inverter.

Upon investigation, Found out the plug to the vehicle was made with out a spring or any way to hold the wires to the plug center. This resulted in the wire is becoming bent and no longer making contact with the terminal. Can't return as out of warranty, will try and salvage by replacing with a proper plug myself.
