I went to the store to buy a USB to 5mm plug to connect a battery pack to a Dell laptop. Yhey don't have one. I bought one from Amazon.
The sales clerk sold me in this inverter claiming that it would jump start my car in an emergency. I took his word for it. It does not. It seems to do a good job doing what it does, so I am keeping it.
I guess this is one more reason that I don't like Best Buy.

The CyberPower PowerTrip 480 power inverter is great for devices using up to 400 continuous watts when it is connected to the automobile's battery. One of my CPAP draws less than 400 continuous watts so works great with this power inverter.

Worked decent for about a year then gave out suddenly. Upon investigation, Found out the plug to the vehicle was made with out a spring or any way to hold the wires to the plug center. This resulted in the wire is becoming bent and no longer making contact with the terminal. Can't return as out of warranty, will try and salvage by replacing with a proper plug myself.

Hello Glenns, The CPS480TG2UB will output 150 watts of continuous power from the cigar outlet and 400 watts continuously if connected to a battery using the battery clamps. Thank you for submitting your review!
