Economical and easy to use

The codes are easily searched and the explanations are very useful when considering the problem.

OK Device

It’s 69.00 a year which stinks and I have to cancel it within 7 days

Great Device to keep on an older vehicle

But the support behind the company is where the value is at. AMAZING SUPPORT

Unfortunately, it is insisting for premium support for any functionality. I am really dissatisfied and looking forward to return the product.
