Received it very quickly and it was super easy to install. It works just as advertised and told me exactly why my check engine light was really on, saving me money at the mechanic.

I wanted to get the trial run, but they started it before I received the item. When I received the item, they charged me for the year. I tried to reason with their customer support, but they were unresponsive. I canceled my service, and a year later, they charged me again! I tried to dispute it, showing my cancellation from my Google account, but apparently, I had to cancel through their confusing platform. I wonder how much money these guys steal from folks who don't know whether they're subscribed. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE and DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES

OMG! I read the fine print initially and saw that they were going to charge 99.99 monthly! For what?! So I cancelled before the trial ended. The device was ok but I only bought it to give it try not be billed $99.99 forever! I promptly cancelled the the transaction and voiced my card. It's a waste to buy this only for the fact that they will bill you $99.99 ($100) later. I cancelled and checked my google subscriptions and they were not there. So they went behind my back to charged me! I hate criminals like this! This is the last time this happens!

I had a check engine light come on in my truck. FIXD was easy to set up and told me I had code P0456. It explained it in very simple terms and helped me diagnose it. All I needed was a new gas cap. Saved me $150 in diagnostics already!

Compared FIXD report with a report from a real mechanic. FIXD was not accurate and missed many issues. Also, APP demanded $99/year subscription in order to use the product. Company refused to honor guarantee. I threw it away as worthless.

This is absolutely a must have for any car owner out there. Easy to set up and use. I have zero complaints. Thanks FIXD for this great gadget!!

Setup couldn't have been easier, no car knowledge or tech skills needed. I like that the app shows upcoming maintenance so I budget car expenses. I can also log notes and recommend when I should change my battery and tires. App works perfectly on my Pixel 2.

This product is something! Its really neat! I was able diagnose my check engine light without any hassles. All I needed was to replace my O2 sensor. The mechanic told me I needed a new cat converter because of the way it is. Guess I am not going to that mechanic anymore! You guys rock!

I so love this! It is accurate! It gives you the exact codes to have your care repaired! Fixd has saved me alot of money not habing to pay $120 or more on diagnostics cost.

The product is ok but the company sucks, if you try to cancel premium service charges the process is complex and if you make a mistake they charge you the annual fee and refuse to refund the money even if you contact on the same day they mistakenly process the charge.

Didn't connect at first, but after speaking with customer support, it was all sorted out. Works as described.

BEWARE! This company will try to scam you out of $99 for their “premium“ upgrade without your authorization. Luckily, my bank was able to disallow the charge, but their business practices are truly sleazy.

This is a really great way to diagnose your check engine light without having to go to a dealer/shop. Sometimes they charge $60 to $80 just to tell you what's wrong with your car (and they are not always right). With this handy OBDII scan tool, along with the Fixd App (Free), you can know lots of information about the problem/error codes BEFORE you go to the mechanic. I highly recommend!
