Was a gfit for my Dad's birthday & this is his text after day one: The FIXD should be returned. Bad experience with it when returning from Howe rd. Turned of my ignition, headlights flashed, but restore quickly. It resets the remaining miles for the gas in the tank to an unreasonable amount. I have a lot of experience with the regular Ford data for predicting remaining MPG. FIXD sets it wrong. Also I was on the phone on Bluetooth & it disconnects any call. Julie it was a nice thought, but this one just doesn’t work correctly. I’ll drop it if at your office soon. Probably Monday. I removed it while driving due to my headlights were flashing off & on whenever it was collecting data.

Couldn't connect my sensor at first with bluetooth, but I spoke to their customer service rep and he guided me along the way. I've been connected ever since, and now fixing my car with the diagnosed issues.

I'm not a "car guy", so I bought this product to be able to see the engine read out codes. It works great, and really excels beyond the other products that I tried because the app was so easy to use!

I figured out the issue with my car using FIXD. I took my car to the autoshop, and I knew how much the part would cost so they couldn't try and overcharge me!!! It really works!

I was able to reset check engine light but that’s it.. the code is shown but does not lead you to the problem.. found same generic info on the net w/o need for this device.. advertising was misleading to me.. a cheaper device will do the same

It charges you $69 for a subscription just to use it. It you don’t have a warning light it want tell you what’s wrong even though you are having issues with your car. Just spend the money to have a mechanic look at your problem. I thought I was getting a life long deal when I purchased mine. What a waste of money that was.

Don't waste your money. After paying the high price tag I thought the software would have more features. You start of with a free trial of the "premium" version and it was just ok, definitely not worth paying for. I went back to my $15 basic, generic, bluetooth reader and car scanner app from the play store. The free version is light years ahead of this junk.

The verbage of their website is confusing, and they try to trick you into an upsell of customer support. The item initially did what it said(within its limits). now the app crashes as soon as it loads rendering the device useless. There has been no response from Fixd customer service regarding this matter. Bought 2, will return both. and I expect that to be a problimatic as well.

I bought this from the manufacturer and every time I went to use the application, it always asked me for my car information. my understanding was it would only be set up one time. I also didn't know I would be automatically charged a yearly fee without any notice. They did cancel but they said no Refund. Not worth the money or hassle.
