We used an OBD reader at an auto-parts store, then tried to fix "the most likely issue" it reported, then (when the check engine light still wasn't going off) went and picked p the Fixd device. It was so nice being able to re-diagnose the issue in the driveway AND be able to run it while driving to get real time information and figure out, based on that real time drive info, that it was the "least likely" issue that would have been the 4th or 5th thing to check (saving us a lot of time and money). Super cool little tool to have.

I love the diagnostic feature and also identifying the part required while assessing the threat level to drive your vehicle. Also love the ability to turn off the check engine light.

I like it but the menu is phone based so take much longer to find and do things then would be much more easy on a PC. As written for IOS or Android both of which are just cut down versions of PC OS like Windows or Unix or Linux. Cut down versions of any OS is just a crappy version of it.

Great diagnostic tool if you want to do repairs on your own car. My Fixed gave an error code which was able to tell me what the problems was. It also showed me how to fix the problem. Would recommend this to my friends. It saved me a lot of money doing the repairs myself rather than taking it to a mechanic.

Information is power! The diagnostic helped me to engage with the repair person and not get scammed with unnecessary repairs/parts!

This is a good device to have in a vehicle especially when you suspect something or the engine light is on. Only issue - it wouldn’t reset after fix was made. My oil change mechanic did that for me.

Verified. Engine light with Fixd showed same code obcd at pep boys showed. Take the guessing out of whats wrong and is you mechanic honest.

Easy to use and track car diagnostics. Got it to fix a friend's car and was able to figure out the problem right away.

The product is really good would recommend it to people who want to check the diagnostic on their car.

Very helpful when the "Check Engine" light comes on... especially in older vehicles that don't give more active descriptions. Provides code numbers/info and offers advice as to whether vehicle is safe to drive or should be towed in for repairs to avoid damage. Can also use to monitor some engine functions routinely, rather than just when engine light illuminates. More advice is also available, such as repair estimates, recommended providers, etc, but I have not used those features, so cannot comment on them.

This device diagnosed why my engine light was on, exact code, according to mechanic, and saved me money not having to rely on the dealership which would have been 2 x's amount I paid.

Comes in very handy. Easy to use. Now I don't have to go pay someone to do this for me.

Explains why you check engine light is on in very clear and plain English that you could understand even if you don’t know anything about cars.

I was happy that best chose to carry this item, my local best buy had one in stock, so I put on my BB card online, they said it would be ready in one hour, and guess what? It was, so I went down and picked it up and put it on my car the next day it read a code that told me my air flow sensor was having a problem and showed me a video on how to fix it, that was a pleasant surprise, overall happy with my purchase, and thankful for the peace of mind it gave me.

I tried buying a code reader for my car, but it didn’t work. So I bought FIXD and it works so well! I love how it downloads right to my phone!!
