Always bought Magellan in the past but there weren’t any being sold so I took a chance with this one. Didn’t want to spend more than $100. This Garmin worked fine for a week. Then all of a sudden it wouldn’t power on so I exchanged it for another figuring I just got a lemon. Second one worked for several days but just like the first, it wouldn’t power on. Got totally disgusted and Returned the second for a refund. My first experience with. Garmin was terrible.

Posted .We’re sorry to hear that the device is not powering on. When a device won’t power on a soft reset often resolves the issue. Connect the device to a power source with the vehicle power cable or an AC adapter. Press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds.
