Easy replacement after 2 hour search for a Best Buy. Second replacement was 6 months later & also purchased 3 year pro. plan.. Both times would be replaced by MFG one year warranty. Now with my THIRD unit, but because I purchased 3 yr plan, I was charged the % of 3 yr plan. Should not happen since first year should have been under MFG warranty. Best Buy ignores the first year coverage by MFG.

I’ve had a garmin for years and liked the graphics and user friendly menus. Large roads, eagle icon, bright background. The new screen seems more crowded, smaller map, harder to read. The menus changed, I don’t think they are better.

Most of their past GPS have given me decent battery life for its use. But this model as soon as unplugged from the power cord. At least 30mins tops so you need a constant power source but that will eventually burn out the unit. But it works fine when it's plugged in.
