I bought this for around $150. I had stopped buying Garmin GPS. The charge goes off fast. Doesn't switch on even if it is charging. Disrupted screen at times. Not sure what is the problem with it.

My husband needed a new one so I bought the same one for him, mainly due to price. He experienced the same issue with his. The system will shut off and you have to unplug everything, plug it back in. You may have to do this 2 or 3 times before it will come back on.

Took back got 2nd and was on a trip when 2nd did same thing. Havent tried to return yet. Bb has a 2week return policey. But will see what they may do. If they dont help i will try garmin. I would not recomend to my worst enemy!!

The reason I was getting a new GPS is because my current one can't interpret what I say to it . It is about 85% wrong on my commands. So I wanted a better voice control device not knowing that there were Garmins that didn't have voice control. So I bought this one and not only does it not know what I'm saying it doesn't even have voice control on it!! Rendering the unit useless for what I want. I got a refund. I did not see one review that said it didn't have voice control. It is unsafe to be hitting buttons on the device while you are driving and inconvenient to stop each time you want to change something. I can't believe this is not important to anyone else. I ordered the same model with voice control. Don't have it yet. This model does appear to have some new features my old one didn't have so maybe I'll be happy with the new one.
