I bought this for my new car, and it works well enough. Garmin tends to reuse the same low quality screen that washes out in indirect sunlight. I probably should have updated to a different unit with Traffic and a better screen, but this works fine for me for now.

Have enjoyed previous German gps for over ten years. Thought it was time to upgrade to a new German. Pulses system is now in color safer an easier to view in larger screen size. Also very affordable

we never had a GPS and decided on this one after reading reviews and descriptions. have only used it a few times so far, but it has been very precise with the directions. it does seem to want to direct us to use Xpressways to get around town, but we'd rather use surface streets. It does recalculate when we don't follow an instruction, changing the next instruction to direct us to the destination on the route we have chosen.

Very happy with this GPS. Good price, solid construction, nice size viewing screen, easy to use for basic operation with advanced options I am yet to learn. You can't go wrong with a Garmin.

My last GPS was a Garman. They are easy to add your location; whether it is a specific address or you are using the search. Gets you to your location in a breeze.

I bought this for my daughter who was moving from New York to Texas. It was affordable, and had enough helpful features to make her trip go as smoothly as possible.

Nice Garmin upgrade from our outdated old model. Colorful and even tells you rest areas and food and gas stations. It even changes to dark mode at nighttime! Easy to use and navigate

At first it was too different from the Garmin Nuvi that I previously owned, however I like this one...the price was good. The only thing I don’t like is the difficulty in saving a location and the fact that you do not see the battery percentage remaining.

I purchased this GPS for my parents. They have a car with no GPS included and they aren't very savvy with smartphones using the GPS apps to maneuver around unfamiliar areas. The maps were all up to date. Got us to our various destinations without taking us to obscure locations. Easy for my parents to operate.

I travel for a living and cannot live without a GPS. This is my 5th and by far the best. Great new features for school zones, hospitals zones, etc. Very, very accurate.

I've faithfully been a TomTom fan for nearly 10 years due to it's utility and ability to be fully customized (with directions included on how to achieve this). That said, TomTom has recently given up its ability to be truly personalized and in return it has become slow to respond to simple commands and is now taking nearly a week of being connected to my computer and the Net just to download and install the quarterly full map updates. I've since started using this Magellan, which is far faster to respond to commands, downloading and installing the maps, and is more customizable than the current equivalent TomTom.

Bought this Garmin Drive 51 LM to replace a 5 year old Nuvi 1300 that still works. More features on this and all my favorites easily downloaded from my memory card. Good GPS good price.

Excellent unit for the money with accurate directions and spoken prompts. Screen is bright and large enough to read in most conditions. An excellent accessory!

GPS worked excellent in a multistate trip. I updated the maps immediately once I unboxed, using the free Garmin GPS app. I depended on this unit for almost a month on the road so far. My go-to to get there and also to find restaurants and shopping

I am old fashioned and love my GPS to be separate from my phone. This new Garmin has a large screen, is easy to look up destinations, lovely maps and is sleek looking.

My old Garmin GPS was getting outdated. This one came with more features. Seems that battery does not last very long in this one. Otherwise I am happy.

I'm very pleased with this product. It was a easy set up and very knowledgeable when it came to the hidden cameras in the stop lights.

This was so easy to set up, update and use. Clear and very concise. i like the larger screen and being able to choose between landscape or portrait. Very pleased with my purchase.

I was looking for a gps to stop my phones battery from draining. This device is awesome. Gave similar directions as my phone. Tells you ETA and how fast your going!
