Had to return the first one, would not hold a charge for long. Would quit working while driving even when it was plugged into the power. 2nd one so far is working much better.

This GPS does everything a GPS is supposed to do and it does it very well. The display is vivid and to voice communication is both clear and accurate. Unless you are going to fly an airplane, this one will give you everything you need to get where you are going.

I actually have 2 of these. One in my sons car and one in my work car. Both have worked great. Only complaint is the extra searching it does for addresses being that it doesn’t ask what state or city first. It asks for a house number and street name and then searches a specific radius. You can modify the search after the fact, and enter the city and state. That’s no big deal unless you drive all day everyday for work like I do. It can be a pain at times. Otherwise it’s a great GPS!!!

This is a good GPS and a bargin with lifetime updates. I have had it about 2 years and no problems.

My wife had a old 5" garmin that went bad while we were on vacation and we stop at a Best Buy to purchase a new one and we decided to get this model. It is a good model, not all the bell and whistles but has everything you need to get from point A to point B.

The Garmin has been easy to program. I have used it for several trips and it has taken me right to the proper location. Would recommend it to anyone.

Great navigation system easy to use and set up. Only complaint is the 1st 1 i bought had to be returned as it wouldn't cut on.

With no instructions included it was very frustrating to figure it out. I have another Garmin and it was user friendly and easy to set up and use, so I was surprised that this was so complicated. However I received a text from Best Buy inviting me to come in for a demonstration and set up. I gladly accepted their offer and the associate from Geek Squad was very helpful. After a few minutes he had it set up and explained every thing to me. He also told me I could download the manual on my computer

Great GPS no doubt. Has a very nice screen with nice graphics. My old gps you couldnt do free updates but this one you can. Great item.

works perfect. does everything I need it to do. not too big so it doesn't block your view in the window. the software allowed me to move and store all contacts from my previous 2 versions.

I used it while vacationing very accurate..Has many features. Would have like to have a pamphlet on the use and features thou .

GPS unit is easy to set up and use. Had a problem with the battery holding a charge and Garmin replaced it...no questions asked.

I purchase this to replace an older Garmin unit - power connector had broken. This unit has a brighter screen, easier to read, and is compact.

This gps unit makes a great alternate to my smart phone. The update took a little longer than I would have liked but it's nice to have a dedicated navigation unit. I hate it when my phone gets too hot sitting on the dashboard acting as my gps unit. My only one concern is that the places of interest (stores, banks, etc.) aren't as up to date as you would see on your smartphone. I found myself going in circles looking for a Best Buy ironically lol.

Great travel companion. Travel to various parts of the US and has never let me down. Easy to program custom points of interests.

I like using this over my phone. It is much easier to read. And also my phone goes dead much faster.
