Very nice, picture is clear and volume is acceptable. I highly recommend it because it has a lot of detail lower end GPS’s don’t have. It shows restaurants, gas stations and banks(ATMs) on the screen without searching.

So easy to use and update. I really like the dings when you approach school zones in areas I’m not familiar.

Bought this GPS for my Mother In Law who is in her 60's. It's a great, easy to use GPS and the price was even better.

Is up to date on local information such as speed zones. Easily gets me where I want to go. Prefer it to using smart phone.

Love the larger screen and the added details on roads, stoplights, curves, etc. Better features and easy navigation for use.

Great GPS to have in addition to my cell phone Google maps. There are times the cell phone maps will not work due to no cell reception(yes I know you can download Google maps but if u are in a total dead area GPS on cell has issues)... this unit is perfect addition if u do any amount of driving it travelling. Also good to have so you can talk on phone while driving so you dont miss the exit on the highway.

Pro: This product is easy to setup and operate. Con: Battery power could last a bit longer

Easy to use. Update downloaded smoothly. Used it with multiple locations and it got me to all my destinations with ease.

While on vacation in Orlando I went to pick up my brother in the Tampa area using my phone's GPS since I was driving a rental. I haven't needed a GPS in the past ten years since all my cars came equipped. Anyway, my phone's battery wasn't properly charging and when I arrived like a block away from his location my battery was at 3%. At that point, I decided to go to Best Buy and purchase this item. The best decision I've made since I divorced my ex-wife!

Easy to use and don’t have to pay for updates they are free for life unlike the factory unit I had in my last car.

I really can't see what all the negative fuss is all about; this device has so far taken me, with great aplomb, into some difficult terrain that required crisp and very precise directions. I felt really safe throughout the sometimes rigorous twist and turns of a trip that I could never have dreamed of doing on my own. Add to that, the voice delivery was very relaxing and inspired confidence. This little baby'll do for me just fine.

Like having lifetime map updates. It does what we are needing, simple to use.

I used it for my first solo road trip and had no issues with it. It's very direct and clear when telling you where to go. I really like the pictures that come up of the exits you need to get off on.

This GPS is great for the price and just has some minor flaws. It got me to Arizona fro. New York pretty well !
