I bought this on and it works good. The screen is very easy to read and unlike the older ones I had had this one actually tells you the street that you’re on. It is very easy to find what you need and get you where you’re going. I would say it’s very user-friendly.

Better design and screen clarity. Still getting acquainted with features, but works well for my purposes.

Nice size screen for on dash viewing. Good features for driving when unsure of lanes for unfamiliar exits. Quick recalculating of route when detoured. Only downsides are no instruction or "quickstart" booklet and compared to the larger GPS, showed less route options.

Bought it to add back up cam to my van, really impressed by the advanced features-school zone, turn ahead, speed limit decrease ahead

I bought the Garmin unit. Basically, just had to charge the battery, press the icons on the screen, and put in the destination, and I was set. It really was about that easy. Without even trying one day, it 'spoke' the directions to me, which was better yet, so I wasn't distracted from my driving in an unfamiliar area. I love it.

Very useful for myself and my husband. We are not tech savvy, and this is so easy to use. Been taking a lot of road trips recently, and feel confident using this to get us there. When the kids feel hungry, we click on restaurants and select one, and it will get us there, while also keeping track of our final destination.

Now and days everyone has GPS on their phone but in case you don’t and need something to have in your car this is a great product. Like the fact that you can update the map when there’s an update needed easily by plugging it in your computer and through the software provided

I was driving to Wisconsin to see my son. I'm terrible with directions. This got me where I needed to go with no problem. Love it!

Bought this for my father whose in his late 70’s. He is able to use it and get around with no problem now. We just moved to another state so this really came in handy. We are able to save places ahead of time so when he travels it’s inputted and ready to go. Works great and directions are on point.

I purchased this for my girlfriend who travels for work and it's much better than using her cell phone. We recently took a trip to Chicago before the holidays and her phone kept lagging behind causing us to miss several turns. I've asked her several times if her Ganrmin lags and she's said "No" every time. Now she no longer misses turns!

Doesn’t have any canada map. Buy a dash board friction mount since some states prohibits you to attach anything on the windshield.

This is a good basic GPS for the US. New software updates are good, and real time traffic worked fine.

Was driving cross country in a rental car and they were gonna charge me $33 a day so I opted to buy one to own: great investment

This GPS is ok, nothing spectacular about it! The GPS dies quickly!

THE GARMIN GPS IS EASY TO USE AND EFFECTIVE TOUCH-SCREEN OPERATION TO SETUP ROUTE OPTIONS FOR A TRIP!

So I use this along with my Waze app on ApplePlay in the truck. These are handy to have though because when you go somewhere that doesn't have good cell reception you lose the map capabilities on your phone app. It's good that they offer free map updates for life now.

Bought this for my Wife as she had to go to an unfamiliar area. The Garmin guided her effectively. Like seeing Street names... some never noticed before! Got the beanbag mount, too. Better portability and beats the heck out of the included "windshield sucker"!
