So far, this Garmin has given me directions so meticulous that at times I was suspicious about the direction I was headed, and the system proved itself to be 100% correct about the direction in which I was to travel. I love it!

Great unit for work truck use. Can connect traffic app to it, and even a back-up camera. 5" screen is big enough to see details, but not too big as to block a vital part of the windshield. Lifetime updates are a huge plus, as well.

The only negative thing I can say is that it will tell you the school zone speed limits even if it after the time or on a weekend. Other than that would absolutely recommend this product.

I like it. I own a tomtom for several years and decided to try something new. I wished that it was voice operated so I can yell out, "Change Route" when I'm stuck in heavy traffic.

Bought this GPS for out of state college bound daughter. We researched and came up with this reasonably priced option. Easy to use, intuitive and with lifetime updates. Has helped her a lot. Can’t go wrong here!

More cons than pros. However for price I would recommend it. Pros: price & lane assistance. The lane assist is accurate and descriptive, which is helpful. For instance, would say to stay in the right two lanes & shows the visual. Cons: not as accurate. It will get you slightly past your destination. QWERTY keyboard not the best. Does not give you an option to search by zip codes. You can only narrow the search by States after it generates a few choices in several States. I think it should have an option to put the State or City first.

Smartphones have basically killed the market for car GPS devices. But, wanted one to gift to someone for safe driving. Ordered on line from Best Buy, picked up 2 hours later at nearby store. Could not have been easier!

During update noticed memory half full. Added memory to older unit but it didn't update to memory. This one looks the same. only will get a couple of updates before memory is full.

Of course it's Garmin,what I was most happy about is a Street just open a couple of days ago and it was on the gps when I downloaded the new map,great job gals and gals will definitely be buying again.

The device works, never a problem getting satellite connection. Nice screen and voice navigation. I like the split screen when getting near off ramps. Works perfect for my needs. I ended up getting another one for the wife.

I thought that being a Drive model, it would be a step up from my Nuvi, but I'm not sure it is as good. I bought it for my parents, and I think it's fine for them. I didn't read the details close enough and didn't realize it was only US maps rather than North America. I found out after receiving it. Was going to return it and spend a little more for an older Nuvi model with North America maps, but my Dad said it was fine so I didn't. (If I had bought it for me I would have returned it.) It helped them find their way around town when they came to visit, so it did its job.

It does what I want it to do. When you approach a busy or confusing area it provides a nice split screen. What I don't like: when I program a destination on a trip it doesn't provide the total mileage.

I only need a basic GPS to use for Sales Calls, that powers up and responds quickly. Other brands have worked fine, but take too long to power-on and receive signal. This one is the fastest

It's great to have because a phone with GPS may not always work in some areas. The Garmin must be set to use the freeways, otherwise it will take the side roads to get you to your destination.

I absolutely love this Garmin. This is the third one that I have purchased. I wanted to upgrade to this model for the live traffic feature, so I gave my other Garmin to my Daughter, and she thinks it is awesome.

I bought this as a gift and the feedback I have received has been good. They are very happy with the unit and give it praise for how easy to use it is and to understand. It is also very easy to setup and update to the latest software.

I love Garmin products this is my third Garmin my first one lasted 5 or 6 years and my second one I had for 3 year until my 5 year old broke the screen hopefully this one will work for as long as the first one

System works very well. I use it as I travel extensively and don't have to use my wireless data to get around. I find it is also more reliable as it's connected to a satellite and isn't subject to dead spots wireless services are.

Worked great on a recent trip. I purchased this because my old Garmin didn't have enough memory to support updated maps. This one operated exactly the same as my 5 year old unit which was great!

I am very disappointed in this product. It will not function when it gets too hot in the car. I purchased one and it worked a day. The other replacement, I found out that I could not leave in the car overnight as it would not function the next day. So I took it to the house and then the next day plugged in to us and it worked. So we keep it where it is cool in order to use. We have an older model and had no problem with it.
