VIRTUALLY every word is mispronounced.....Since most of the streets and towns, are Hawaiian words, some attention should have been given to at least the common pronunciation. Even words like Mc Cully are mispronounced as "Mickaly". Need to keep an eye on the street guide to make sure you are on the right street.

It's not that user friendly. It doesn't pick up my location very well. It seems to think I'm in other states across the country. Once I get the correct address in..which takes awhile, It does the job! I probably wouldn't recommend because it's not the easiest to use.

Posted .You should try cleaning the suction cup and the mounting area of the windshield with rubbing alcohol, drying both surfaces with a lint-free cloth and applying moisture to the suction cup before placing it on the windshield, this creates a better seal and helps the device stay in place.
