She prefers to use the Garmin for navigation, instead of a smart phone. It is the perfect size...not too big, not too small. This is the second Garmin Drive 61 I have purchased, because we like it so much. The first one got stolen! So someone else must like it too!

Better than older versions

The newer Garmin is much better than the ones from years ago. I haven't setup to sync to my phone to get real time traffic yet but will be doing so (this is the best feature on the phone GPS and hope it's as good on the Garmin).

Great GPS!

I never get nervous about where I am because I know my Garmin will get me safely to my destination. Sometimes it takes me the long way, but I go my shortcuts that I know and the device adjusts. Anyone traveling in a strange area needs one of these.

Great Entry Level GPS

There are 2 reasons I did not give 5 stars. first it takes a very long time to charge on your computer. second it does not come with an AC adapter, which you can purchase from Garmin or elsewhere but Garmin should have supplied.

Garmin - Drive 61 LM 6 is for new and old users

The Garmin Real Directions, built-in speaker, junction view, parking assistance, speed limit warning, wireless backup camera support is perfect and life saving. I recomend every long distance traveller to get one today.

Replacing older garmin

It is a little more confusing when it comes to setting it up for a trip, but I’m getting use to that. I mainly upgraded to have Lifetime Maps. I have always had good luck with Garmin products.

It is easy to use and makes travel so much easier and safer. I even bought one for my parents who are intimidated by technology and use the Garmin with ease and confidence. I would definitely recommend this product,
