not happy with product

Read the manual and did the programming, but when I put in the destination and touched go I got "not found". So I entered a destination that was 5 miles away and hit go and still got "not found". So I re-read the manual and re-entered the info and got the same result. I then got out my 16 year old Garmin and entered the trip info and it went right into action. Upon returning from our trip 5 days later I returned the piece of crap and got my money back.

It not accurate. It sends me on the wrong highway. It can send you to Philadelphia instead of NYC. It also does not give chooses of route to take. Best Buys Promotes products that manufactures offer to them with incentives. Next Time I Will Definitely Buy A Tom Tom
