I drive for Coca Cola we only have AC in certain trucks so it couldn't take the heat .. just went blank. Good if you have some kinda wind flow or AC

Unit can be confused making you drive in a square. Prefers highways even though street driving is shorter and faster. Processor is mega slow. Returned ours, not happy. Garmin, after all these years I would think you could do WAY better.

This product takes a long time charging.

Note that the device charges the fastest while connected to its vehicle power cable. If you are charging the device from a computer with a USB cable, the device will still fully charge, but it will take significantly longer.

Great for road trips

Posted .Sorry for the confusion. The Garmin Drive™ 61 LM doesn’t include the traffic feature. If you need the traffic service you should consider the Garmin Drive™ 61 LMT-S.

First issue was it would shut off after two or three hours of driving, This is highly concerning because this would be a safety issue. I would hate for this to fail on someone lost or in high traffic. Second it would not turn on when left in car , had to take back to the room and let it cool another concern , Finally with short use it will not turn back on , Garmins Customer service website is not user friendly and they try to get you to quit bothering them . Currently waiting on Garmin to respond to a replacement . No word yet.
