The lifetime maps feature as well as the bigger viewing screen makes using the GPS easier for me. The GPS has the same Garmin ease of use characteristics and routing reliability, which made it an easy choice when it came to purchasing a unit.

My only observation is the touch screen sometimes will not work. Maybe something on my finger tip but it takes a few tries to open up and pick a selection from my favorites. Everything else is as expected. It does take a while to upload the initial operating files but that could be on my end. I like it and a great price.

The battery did not hold its charge and the unit died on me as I was driving in an unfamiliar area of the city. when I turned off the car there was no countdown or request as to whether I wanted to keep the unit on or turn it off. Bring back the Nuvi!
