Bought this GPS for trips from Houston to North East. Updated it with Garmin update software before I left. It got me where I needed but it's apps didn't work very well. Later, after arriving to New England it didn't have updates to local interstate highways, telling me I was on the wrong side of the road. It has occasionally given me instructions that clearly take longer than other options. More than once it has told me I'm driving "off road" when I was driving in large parking lots or clearly on streets. Not sure I would have spent as much money as I did if I had known what I know now.

I upgraded from the nuvi 2797 and it works great. I like the feature where it will show the upcoming towns and what time you will get there. It also gives you a summary of your route.

This unit has many excellent options and accessorys, picture and tone is crisp and clear. I am amazed with all the bells and whistles, this Garmin is so user friendly and efficient.

The product gets satellite reception very quickly. Directions are given immediately and accurately. The voice recognition is an excellent feature and i very useful. A great product

Bought this for my college kid. Great features, especially the voice directions. One negative is that it doesn't understand voice commands very well. But still really like it.

This is the fourth Garmin GPS I have purchased. It was to replace my older model that quit working. Very easy to use, and I like the audible alerts when speed limit changes.

I eliminated my OnStar service and replaced it with this device and am saving a bunch of money. I like it a lot and love the larger size since I'm using it in my Silverado.

I purchased this model to upgrade from my 5" model. This Garmin is just the size I needed. The 7" Screen is perfect. Crisp picture and the instructions are very good.

I'm extremely happy with this purchase. The GPS navigation is great and the quality of the item seems with its costs. Can't go wrong with free lifetime maps and traffic.

I use it between 2 vehicles. Trading them out is not even a hassle. With the automatic updates you don't have to worry about manually doing which saves the trouble

We love the Garmin, we use it all the time. It saves us time and money, by not getting lost and wasting gas. It will automatically update any changes on the road.

I like the new screen etc. my only issue was when I did the maps . It wouldn't charge using my laptop either. It does work great though after all that. Like the new screen and options on it

This was a replacement for an older Garmin gps, the startup time is almost instantaneous, speed zone alert is a welcome as many features too numerous to list.

I really enjoy my Garmin GPS. I find it fun trying to get it lost, but have not been able to so far. I do not take the given directions but it finds another route.

Needed to upgrade my old unit reviewed what was available at the store and decided that this unit was the best in its price class with the options I wanted.

do like it, the only thing i dont like is that i cannot store the addresses with the name on them or maybe i just have not figured it out. i sort of like my magellan better in that sense

This unit is similar to the earlier models as far as using it is concerned, but offers so much more capability, such as a backup camera, live traffic and weather.

This is my second Garmen as someone broke into my car and stole the first one which I would rate with four stars as it had a bigger screen

A lot of useful features . Had previous model before. The only problem with the holder. Plastic ball connection will not last long. Have to buy product replacement policy from Best Buy

This is the second time I buy portable GPS device online from Best Buy. The first one, Garmin nuvi 2597 LMT, is great and value for money. However, this one, Garmin Smart Drive 60 LMT, is pricy, confusing/unclear direction with no street names mentioned... I got lost a couple time and was not about to exit on time due to the last second and confusing instructions. Totally frustrated! I returned it to Best Buy without thinking twice.
