The first unit I purchased failed after about a week. It wouldn't turn on, even when connected to battery power. Best Buy staff replaced the unit with no hassle and the second unit is functioning well. It doesn't always recognize voice commands accurately, but this is never an issue when requests are typed in. The visual field is nice and large - easily read by an older drive who must also maneuver the vehicle!

I had a Tom-tom and did not care for it at all but that is what the dealer provided. Decided to purchase GPS with larger screen, easier to see, and I am happy with the this one. Best Buy salesman was very helpful in assisting with the appropriate GPS for my needs.

It is very easy to program and use. Has wide variety of choices.

I purchased this GPS when my other decided to quit while on a trip. I like this unit for the most part. I especially like the larger size. I am a little disappointed with the lack of detail in the display ( crossing streets and names etc). However, that might just be setup that I haven't had time to do yet. The display is bright and easy to read and it's easy to enter a destination.

So far so good, like the screen size & no issues at this time.

this is an excellent GPS. I am not giving 5 stars since it takes time to advice on the fastest route when there is traffic. A few times I got the notice when we were trapped in the traffic. other times we got some advice to detour the trip. It is responsive, nevertheless, the battery does not last any thing. that is a disadvantage, it always has to be connected to the electricity in the car.

Love this item its easy to use and read with the large screen

This is a great GPS. The only minor thing I could say was not perfect is the voice command part did not seem to recognize addresses very well. Had to enter manually. That my require some practice. I would note that I did not like the fact that the memory is almost full at the time of purchase and they immediately recommend you buy a memory chip.

The Garmin Drive Smart 60 LMT has more features than I was looking for. All the extra features are coming in handy. I can see where the traffic is stopped and how long it will take me to get home. It also changes the screen for day and night driving. I have it setup through my Bluetooth in my car. It stays on the window without problems.

Easy to use, great alerts and directions , Very accurate

This larger GPS is replacing a smaller, eight-year-old model. It is faster, is easier to see, and has more capabilities. Very nice in that regard. While the algorithm for finding a route seems to have been improved, it now plots out different routes to the same destinations than the old GPS. Not sure what's going on there; at times the new routes are not what we want.
