Posted .The GPS should not reboot or power off while plugged into a vehicle. Here are a couple of ways to resolve this issue. 1. Confirm that the device is plugged directly into a vehicle with its original Garmin power cable. Using a splitter or USB cable will not work. 2. Ensure the device software is up to date. Why after about a year of use, the GPS device starts displaying "low battery"? On my previous one I bought a replacement battery, then I had to buy a tool in which to replace the battery..only to find out that you had to break open the compartment, only to find that you cannot replace the battery!

I'm geographically challenged and greatly appreciate its many features - works so much better for me than my phone app. Garmin has explicit driving directions. I've yet to get lost!

I ran into a few closed roads . I think live trafic should know about it but it does not . But nice screen be sure to set it for hwy or you be going down lots of back roads . Over it’s worth the price .the voice activation is cool don’t need to touch it

Won't turn on. Best Buy won't take it back, Garmin won't respond to assist us (despite the 1 year manufacturer's warranty) and the support link on Garmin's own website is faulty. DON'T BUY THIS.

It did everything it was supposed to, but I wasn’t a fan of how the text messages would show on the screen or the actual size of the gps. I thought I would, but the size seemed to block my view more than I anticipated. It wasn’t for me, but it does do what it advertises.

I haven't found a good way to mount it, yet. It's well worth the learning curve. For mw printing the users manual was a must. OK Garmin, "let's go"

If you have trouble with the suction cup, you should try cleaning the suction cup and the mounting area of the windshield with rubbing alcohol, drying both surfaces with a lint-free cloth and applying moisture to the suction cup before placing it on the windshield, this creates a better seal and helps the device stay in place.

I’m suppose to have free traffic but it does not work. Always take the extended warranty. They always seem to die before the 3 year warranty expire or the inner piece that pops onto the window mount always breaks requiring replacement.
