TOO COMPLICATED even for her. She even gave up. I returned it since it was NOT USER-FRIENDLY.

Posted .When a device won’t power on a soft reset often resolves the issue. Connect the device to a power source with the vehicle power cable or an AC adapter. Press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds. Once the device powers on I would suggest fully charging the battery. Notified Garmin. They say their mapping company will have take out some of the older listings. There is no excuse for this. I will return the GPS. If this cannot be fixed. Garmin gave no satisfactory answer
