We called your experts and they talked us through all of the possibilities and they had no solution...it would not even turn on. We did return it to the Best Buy. We were very disappointed with it.

I needed to replace an outstanding 8 year old Garmin Nuvi. Purchased this and after only 24 hours realized it had half the features of my cheaper, ancient Nuvi. Can not be used with Basecamp. Only received errors when trying to update through WiFi and through Garmin Express. Don’t waste your money
