The product worked right out of the box. I was on a road trip when I replaced my older Garmin with this new one. I got home and updated the maps wirelessly with very little effort. Great purchase.

This is a great GPS it has the 6.95 inch screen everything is brighter and easier to see. It Has a Blue tooth connection so U can answer your phone and read your text messages with it

Our old Garmin died after many years of use so we purchased this new one which we like. The screen is bigger than our old one and the voice is easier to understand as the words are better pronounced. One thing we don't like as well, there is no button for different city so it takes longer to set the Garmin to a different town or city, more back and forth than with the old Garmin. We got this one on sale and the price was good.

Love this Nav! Has great features that are easy to get to. Love the bluetooth and speakerphone. This product is really great. Easy to use, thin, sturdy and great price. Highly recommend it.

I like the size of this model and the ease of being able to read the screen. I had a Garmin before and needed to replace it and this one is great.

I have had several different GPS's and have always like Garmin the best. The larger screen works well for me along with the traffic updates.

The GPS works good. But, the map had to be updated and I can't plug it in anywhere but my car. I was only given a 12 volt plug in for my car. I have to buy extras. like a case to carry it, a plug-in for my computer so I can update the map. All said I think I could have done better. Also, it is a lot of money and not worth the price.

Easy to use. Traffic warning helps avoid delays. Large , easy to see screen.

Love this Garmin and it’s larger screen. Easy to use and do many functions, I can even connect to the TXDOT (Texas highway camera systems) to see traffic.

Garmin is fast & accurate. The best part is the speed of this GPS. If you miss a turn, it adjusts your route automatically. There’s also free lifetime map updates. I’ve used a Garmin GPS in my cars since 2014. In-dash GPS can be expensive & the updates are usually not free. On a final note, you can preload your destination using the Garmin DriveSmart APP. Take this GPS for a test run. You will not regret it.

We love our new Garmin. We were going on vacation and it really helped on our drive. This is the 3rd Garmin we have purchased. Each time we got a bigger screen. The bigger screen is great. It let us know what lane we needed to be in which was very helpful. I bought it when it was on sale.

Garmin has always been my go to for navigation for both work and on my personal vehicle. Love the wide screen, makes it simple to view, especially as I get older.

Love this thing mainly for the big screen. Has turn by turn directions and traffic too. Perfect for us old people that can't see maps on a cell phone screen.

I use other GPS's with no problem including aircraft, but this thing is not thought out well. Don't understand the good ratings?? Frustrating! Can't believe any company would make such a pile of junk! 1 Editing is horrible and slow! 2 Editing will not allow the destination to be changed if you worked up a route and want to change the destination. 3 If you make a detour in the route it will not recalculate. It will even direct you to double back on the course to get you to go the route it calculated. 4 Seems it always goes off on some tangent if the screen is touched or bumped. 5 Voice recognition is very limited. 6 doesn't show a small town until zoomed in close. Frustrating figuring out a trip. 7 The stupid thing dims automatically if it's unplugged. 8 If I don't manually turn it off with the button, the next startup is dim. Talked to Garmin about this, no fix. 9 Battery life is bad. 1 hour?? 10 You can be sure, Garmin will leave you hanging and not support it for long. Ask me how I know. And the best part is... 11 I can't wait to take this piece of junk back! The only thing it does well is while driving along, display the road you're on and the cross street coming up. Use your phone. It's way better!! Yeah, I have a bone to pick because of poor service and bad design.

I had an old Nüvi Garmin that I relied on a lot. The newDriveSmart 65 is a big improvement in many ways, starting with the most obvious: that big, bright, beautiful screen that is easy to read, even with my aging eyes, And scales itself automatically. A nice feature is that the DriveSmart puts flames at every entry in the saved list. Entering addresses is a big improvement, too, with a bigger virtual keyboard - but be careful, being a touch screen, it is easy to make typos. The faster processor makes finding destinations and plotting routes easier. Sometimes the location of a destination is misplaced - I believe there is a way to correct them, but I have not delved into how to do that, nor have I delved into integrating the DriveSmart with the free Garmin Traffic app. A nice feature is the unit telling you to “turn right at the traffic light” or stop sign. Garmins in general have been good about routing around traffic, announcing accidents coming up - it would be nice to know which lane of those Dallas freeways they are in- and giving alternate routes, which I can actually see now. Highly recommended.

The Garmin DriveSmart 65 & Traffic - 6.95" is a wonderful device. It is easy to handle after you get accustomed to its high sensitivity touch screen, easy to install and remove in/from the holder. The device's Quick Access software did allow transferring the addresses from my old Garmin to the new one - no need to enter the same addresses anew. The latest map available via the Quick Access is of 2020, however, so the of the exit names on the I95 are still old ones - that is a bit outdated and should be fixed.

This is a large display screen GPS with more features than most users will need. It is very easy to set up and use. This is perfect for long trips or in town driving.

Love the large screen and the fact it doesn’t keep trying to make you turn around if you don’t follow it’s directions exactly. It finds new paths. Battery life seems a bit short but I keep it plugged in most of the time.

User friendly very precise, I highly recommend this item. I used this to drive cross country it will tell you about road construction how far ahead and how long it last

Great GPS. Always loved garmin Gps!! Perfect size. 6.95 love the wifi so I don't have to hook it up to my computer. Just as fast!
