My problem with it is when I’m talking on the phone through my car Bluetooth it will just switch over to the Bluetooth on the gps and I can no longer hear the person on the other end. When I disconnect the Bluetooth from the gps it is constantly trying to reconnect. So then I do the forget this device and everything works just fine until I need to reconnect. I returned it as soon as I could.

My only complaint and the reason I took it back under the extended warranty is: Has problems with connecting to the Satellite. Numerous times it would take me 20 mins or more to get connected. Sometimes I had a route I was on then all of the sudden it would want me to change my route and take me the other direction away from where it was going.

Garmin gave us directions on how to download it but it didn’t respond. We then had to package it up and send it off to Garmin for a replacement. This all created a problem for a 600 mile trip we were planning. I know Best Buy can’t know if packaged products are faulty but it does make you think about purchasing there again.

Was on windshield working in am, when I went out to car after work, the screen was black and would not turn on. The adapter has a blue dot, so it was charging. Don't know what happened!
