I bought this due to the fact that my new phone S20 FE GPS was taking me to the wrong places, telling me to turn when there was not road, etc. Never had a problem with my S7 phone. Have been trying this out for a while, it is better than the GPS on the phone in some ways. Although, when arriving at the location/destination, many times it is not the location, it is either down the street further or took me past it. I checked the satellites that a Best Buy Tech showed me how to do, it keeps claiming in the range of 10-20 feet accuracy, but not even close. The other problem I am having is on the hands free phone Bluetooth. It connects to my phone, but when on calls I get a crackling sound which is very annoying. I downloaded the updates as soon as I got it out of the box as instructed. Just got another update last week and nothing changed. It would be nice to know what the updates are for and if they are suppose to fix anything. I am disappointed, because I was a Garmin person for years. My very old Garmin Nuvi (outdated for updates) was super accurate and never had a problem with it once. I saw some of the reviews prior to buying and like anything else, some had great results and some had poor results. Thus I took a chance and bought this one. It is past the return date for Best Buy, which I wish they gave you more time to return, and have the ability to run it through the paces. Not sure what to do now, maybe future updates will fix it or maybe I have a faulty product.

This is my third garmin product. I use it everyday and it works great.

Bought it before a trip to North Carolina. Worked great! I've had older Garmin's, it was so nice just to download the map updates over wifi directly to the device.

The screen size is great. I love the fact that it also lets you know the speed your driving at the posted limit. It would be nice though for it to have indy’s Actually speed limits as well.

Bought this to replace an older Garmin. Easy set up and data transfer. Quick startup and satellite acquisition and my wife fids it much easier toread.

Love this unit as it responds to voice commands. No more trying to type in locations as I am able to speak it into the unit. Screen is larger as well for easy viewing while driving.

This Garmin GPS has a very large readable screen and great directions. It also gives some hints along the way.

it took a bit of time to complete the initial update but all is great now. bigger screen and vocal commands are a big improvement very helpful in big cities you are not familiar with

My original GPS just wouldn't turn on anymore. It was time to upgrade. I like the screen size and traffic warnings (school zones, speed changes, etc.). It was perfect for our road trip.

The item worked flawlessly on a trip taken, but in a few weeks it needed its software updated to correct voice command and street maps. Garmin Express was downloaded to our PC but it would never recognize our device. Garmin did not have a solid answer after many attempts with their support staff on why my issue continued. For those who can update it is a tremendous piece of equipment.

I use Garmin GPS in the excavator/brushcutter that I run at work. I clear brush on company logging roads in Humboldt County, CA, and Garmin is the only one that has most of the roads on it.

Directions are clear and easy to follow. The unit notifies you of turns in plenty of time so you can change lanes. Lots of voices to choose from. Easy to change settings and preferences.

It is very easy to see. Especially for us seniors. We love being able to tell it where we want to go instead of typing it. Had it installed by Geek Squad and have not had any issues since.. Great buy.

Works great, 95% of the time the gps is very accurate and fast.

This thing is great I love it I am so glad I purchased it I will recommend anyone to get it it is very helpful. The screen size it’s nice you can see without straining your eyes

I bought this device for our (my) '95 Neon Sport Coupe that I purchased new. I wanted a bigger screen, the newest features and it's compatibility with the use of a backup camera which I also purchased. I especially like the higher resolution screen & its' "Ok Garmin" voice control. Along with the BC30 cam I bought the 12V DC adapter to have the "65" hard wired to the car's ignition wiring allowing the Neon's one and only DC plug to be free for other uses. The Geek Squad installed both accessories. The navigation is top notch as can be expected. Very happy with the purchase.

Love it especially the feature to send addresses from my iPhone. For longer trips use as a replacement for my cars GPS. Great to be able to update maps. Size is wonderful.
