The item worked flawlessly on a trip taken, but in a few weeks it needed its software updated to correct voice command and street maps. Garmin Express was downloaded to our PC but it would never recognize our device. Garmin did not have a solid answer after many attempts with their support staff on why my issue continued. For those who can update it is a tremendous piece of equipment.

Directions are clear and easy to follow. The unit notifies you of turns in plenty of time so you can change lanes. Lots of voices to choose from. Easy to change settings and preferences.

Bought this unit and used it to navigate a nearly 2,000 mile round trip, so I definitely got to give it a good test. The features are great, it's easy to use and the "Up Ahead" feature is very useful. We were pulling a camper so we had it set to show truck stops, rest stations, and historic locations. The down side and the reason I gave it a three is that the routing is not too good once you're off of the highway. Many POI addresses are incorrect. The unit tried many times to turn me down dirt roads, driveways and just plain wrong roads. Once or twice can be a fluke, but at least once every time I've used it, there was a routing issue. If you followed this thing blind, it would get you in a lot of trouble. I will keep it because of its usefulness on a long highway road trip, but I do not find it useful unless I already have a pretty good idea where I am going. I also own a GPSMAP 64 with City Navigator which routes better than this unit which I find odd.

This thing is great I love it I am so glad I purchased it I will recommend anyone to get it it is very helpful. The screen size it’s nice you can see without straining your eyes

It is very easy to see. Especially for us seniors. We love being able to tell it where we want to go instead of typing it. Had it installed by Geek Squad and have not had any issues since.. Great buy.

So glad I chose this instead of Tom Tom (my last 3). Super easy to program in different ways, easy to use and correct. Thank you to the great sales associate that was helpful.

I entered Best Buy with the expectation of purchasing a navigation system. As I approached the location I observed how clean the location was, and how friendly all the employees were. I was greeted by an employee, who shortly after, assisted me in finding a navigation system that worked best for me. I recommend this location, and I will definitely be returning for future electronic purchases.

Love it especially the feature to send addresses from my iPhone. For longer trips use as a replacement for my cars GPS. Great to be able to update maps. Size is wonderful.

I bought this device for our (my) '95 Neon Sport Coupe that I purchased new. I wanted a bigger screen, the newest features and it's compatibility with the use of a backup camera which I also purchased. I especially like the higher resolution screen & its' "Ok Garmin" voice control. Along with the BC30 cam I bought the 12V DC adapter to have the "65" hard wired to the car's ignition wiring allowing the Neon's one and only DC plug to be free for other uses. The Geek Squad installed both accessories. The navigation is top notch as can be expected. Very happy with the purchase.

Second one we have purchased. Husband prefers German over the vehicle gps.

After initial setup, a great GPS! Love the “what services are ahead” feature; big screen, bright sky no concern, screen very clear; live traffic is quick. This is my 3rd Garmin, love this product!

Garmin GPS is the best . Use it in my truck 24 seven.

After updating it, I love it. Works great, pretty accurate, not perfect but it will get you where you want to go. Display is nice big, the touch screen works real nice

Apart from having a bigger screen it has a lot of different optiona that are very useful during your trip. Who know maybe you can learn a thing or two from the pla es you visit.

My wife wanted a new GPS. Old one was a Garmin. New one is a Garmin but what a difference! The screen is bigger. The maps are more appealing to the eye. She is very satisfied with this purchase!

The gps worked well for about 7 months, then while navigating the screen went black. The unit will no longer power on, deserving of a zero star rating due unit failure. The display is big which’s allows direction to be observed without taking eyes off the road. The voice recognition software for the hey Garmin feature needs work but I would have rated this device highly for anyone who doesn’t have built gps.

I brought this for myself, it works very good.. the gps very smart, it help a lot when you drive.. this gps is perfect for very one.

So far, this Garmin is perfect. I needed something with a large screen since my new vehicle did not come with one built in. It is easy for me to use and see. Also, it has helped me out numerous times (I have only owned for about a month). Not sure if it said it in the description, if so, I missed it, but it comes with the window mount so no need to buy one. Regarding price, I am not sure if it is considered expensive, but I bought it on sale and was able to use my rewards so it was a great price.
