Excellent GPS system. It works very well and is very easy to use. It is very easy to see the information on the screen. The voice is easy to understand.

This GPS is extremely accurate. It gets me where I need to go. The lifetime traffic and built in Alexa are added bonus features

Very easy to use and plenty of settings for all types of driving directions. Also there is a talk feature which is quite useful and easy.

Very nice GPS unit. I've used Garmin's before and this has several nice upgrades over the older models. Works fast and grabs the satellite signals faster than other models I've had. The Route Planner is very useful if you want to define the roads you want to take vs. just having the option of fastest or shortest distance. With the build-in Wifi, it will download updates and maps without needing to use a computer.

This Garmin is very similar to my previous one. It provides live traffic and has turn assist. It functions very well. Would like to see a little more accuracy with addresses.

Works great. It takes me exactly to where I want to go, and corrects me if I get off course.

I replaced my old Garmin with the DriveSmart 65 & traffic. My old one I felt worked great and was fairly easy to use but this WOW with the phone app it is a breeze to bring up the address you need. The traffic part works great as well and the alternate routes are there and helpful when you are traveling. I liked it so much I bought another one for my other auto so when the wife is driving somewhere as I travel in my job she can have a very useful tool to find where she is going and avoiding the road construction.

Got this because my old GPS couldn't be updated anymore. This was great and had no trouble with the directions, It showed everything including the traffic and even gave deer warnings. Loved how it gave milage to the next towns so you could see how you were progressing.

Too many times it doesn't know where an address is. Just took it on a trip and it couldn't find three different locations and they weren't new and I updated the unit before I left. It's not nearly as good as my old Magellan was, some of whose features I dearly miss - such as the bell sound at the point of your turn, or how easy it was to put in an address, which seems way more difficult than it has to be on the Garmin. Or, that to change the volume you have to leave the map screen. Or that it beeps to tell you about a red light camera if you are on the highway and pass one on the street below, having nothing to do with the road you are on. I only bought the Garmin because it was pretty much all they had. I really don't like the unit, but for the most part, it gets the job done. But sometimes, not at all - and that's when this unit is a real pain. Somehow, in how apparently simple the device is to use, it is more complex than necessary. Way more. If they still made Magellan, I wouldn't have even considered the Garmin. But, since they don't, and I'm stuck with it, it will have to do.

The size is perfect and the GPS is always up to date with free updates.We used it a great deal in the Columbus Ohio area. Real life saver

I purchased this because my first Garmin quit working. I spent 30.00 on a battery but it still doesn’t work so I bought this one on sale. Quality is only okay. The value on this one will be better because it was purchased on sale. I would not pay full price for another Garmin. The Garmins are not intuitive. You need to read the manual to use some of the features such as saving a location you are visiting or even the home feature.

Love this product. Big screen to see everything and more

Bigger screen vs my older Garmin 5.5" and works just as great but includes traffic info that my older Garmin 5.5" didn't have. I was able to transfer all my info from my older Garmin to this newer Garmin using the Garmin Express program so I don't have to re-input them manually. Only issue I notice is that the battery does not seem to fully charge but maybe takes longer to charge since this does have a bigger screen to power up. I'll monitor it the next few days and check Garmin support site if any known issue.

Easy to see, even for a senior citizen. Clear directions. Only caveat is that the mount that came with it didn't work well in my truck.

I bought my first Garmin GPS from Best Buy about 20 years ago... it finally gave up... :) Good excuse to get a new one! I just love this Drivesmart 65... It's Huge & it does everything you could possibly want it to do. Its alot faster and very simple to use. The traffic timing is spot on as I drive across town daily to work. I ordered it online and picked it up at the front door drive up... Super fast and very easy. Thanks Best Buy for still being one of my most favorite stores.

This is a great GPS device much better than using your phone has a large screen many features such as voice recognition, saved place and traffic updates. The traffic feature works quite well, I always felt the cell phone GPS didn’t really understand New York traffic but this does.

Works beautifully. Very nice.would purchase again if was needed. This was a fourth garmin i have purchased mostly at Best Buy.

I just purchased this GPS and it works great. I went on a long trip and it worked flawlessly. Best Buy had a great low price. Love it!!!
