The picture is sharp and it’s user friendly however, it’s not updated with streets or buildings that have been established since 2021. Kinda disappointed .

Then I say the name of the places and it comes up with almost any place but what I asked for. This is my second 65. The first one acted the same on voice commands. I needed to replace it for the screen kept going black, and it would still give my directions.

I Love My Garmin DriveSmart Device

It lets me know well in advance a few times when I am supposed to make a right or left turn and it announces the name of the streets. This is an excellent device for your travel convenience.

Garmin quality and updates

My concern is map updates. I was told by your reps at the store my maps would be updated free. Not just once but always. I am not so sure now if this is true. If this is not true I will be very upset. This is no small mater to me because this is the second garmin for me and the first one is useless due to the map updates not being updated free. This review is contingent upon map updates.

The traffic feature can be a little off once in a while. But that isnt a huge deal to me. I really like that i can use voice commands. I did realize you need to speak a little louder than normal for it to be recognized but that isnt a deal breaker for me.
