Only good in open field highways, not in city
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Harmon GPS overall works well in open field highways, but relatively poor in the city where streets or in-city highways are surrounded by tall buildings. When I need land assistance. The GPS unit does not provide accurate enough guidance as which lane I am in, so by the time the GPS tells something, the turn point is already passed.

He really likes that feature and is really proud and happy when he can work the gps all by himself. It sometimes takes a few times for garmin to understand him but he eventually gets it to work. It’s a great gps! I even thought of getting myself one even though I have a smart phone.

Convenient searching by city and category makes finding and selecting sites in distant areas very easy. This GPS is very easy to use and wi-fi links to your phone provide traffic reporting capabilities along your route to avoid problem areas ahead. I have owned this device for about a month and have used it on several trips....it is a superior GPS!

I have noticed a couple inaccurate information, but nothing to cause problems. I found instructions difficult to understand for initial start up. Was able to use existing mounting.
