Love this Garmin

I have owned a Garmin for 20 years and they keep getting better. This Garmin has voice commands, weather, speed display, travel history and Foursquare app. I downloaded the Garmin drive and type in my destination and it gives me places of interest. I also love the 6.95 inch big screen.

Better than your phone

The included apps are quite useful. Speech recognition could still use work but gets it right about 80% of the time. It works well and gives good value. Much better than trying to use a phone. Oh, it pairs with your phone and wifi too.

No more noise when exceeding the speed limit.

The charging of Garmin's seems to me to be a bit weird. To charge it has to be plugged in. Turn your car off/on and the unit wants to come on; if it's charged. If the unit runs down, one hour with no power input, it will take some time to chare and boot up assuming it will boot. My last Garmin was the same way. That's why I always have my old TomTom on hand.
