    Easy to use and very easy to understand the directions. Have used it on a 10 hour trip both ways and worked great. Phone calls make it easy for hands free driving too.

    Don't use the computer app to download updates, it fails during download. Use the device's actual selection. I use the phone app to enter address usually but sometimes enter manually on the device = can switch back and forth on whim. Still doesn't find the occasional address and addresses with long driveways confuse it and it wants you to walk across a field to get to it.

    The Garmin Navigator remains the best on the market. For people with hearing issues it is a lifesaver. I have purchased the nuvi many times.

    Sorry this is late. We have used this product and honestly wished we didn't purchase the navigation for the car. We prefer this product much more. It is transferable and can be updated without paying the dealer. We have used and love it.
