I accidently hit option to avoid toll roads and took a long time to correct it. Had to turn off and start over. frustrating but not necessarily fault of unit but more on not being familiar with product.

The directions are very clear and easy to understand. I love how it let's me know ahead of time if there will be a problem with traffic.

GPS is good, but hard to get correct backup camera

However, I've been trying for about a month to purchase the correct backup camera and have it installed, so far without any luck. I am very disappointed!
