    I went in to replace my GPS. I was emailed a birthday coupon. The only model available in my area was the most expensive. Then the coupon “didn’t work” and I was told to call the 800 number…not to get a refund to my credit card but to get another coupon… to be used on a future purchase. I was angry to be so easily deceived. I won’t be going to BestBuy again.
