The first product that we received did not work. We simply returned it to the store and they replaced it.

Was very easy to set up and works very well with the Garmin app and with the Wi-Fi to get the updates

Solid gps, but the only issue I have is with the Hey Garmin feature. Honestly it mistakes a lot of voice commands and when using voice search for an address, it doesn't always get it right. Also, certain trips tend to have weird route's and compared next to Google maps, tend to be a few minutes longer.

It works very well and connects to my phone quick. I wish the connecting cord didnt face down, and that it came out the side.

Worth the money and it helps where there are no cellular networks available for routes to drive

feature rich. voice activated and prompts works well locally. be careful around bridges signal becomes confuse there ive found.

I have had this for over a year, and it still can't find my home address. Both my personal phone and my work phone have been able to locate my address ever since I moved here over 2 years ago. I had to set my home location while sitting in my driveway, and it only knows "home" as latitude and longitude numbers. I went on a trip to a restaurant in Mississippi and it couldn't find the name of the restaurant. I had to pull up the restaurant on my phone's mapping program to get the address to put into this device. I've since quit using it and just stuck with my phone's maps. I just have to hope nobody calls me during a critical time where I miss a turn. I had a different model that worked great, but it got stolen when someone broke my car windows and grabbed everything they could. I thought it had some kind of location program built into it for just that reason, but I could never get any information on where it ever was. I guess I am done with Garmin GPS now.

Took a few days for me to get familiar and comfortable using the system. It works really well.

This product gets the job done, and does not block the drivers view of the road.

It's Nice, and the voice activation is great too. Works well with FM-bluetooth connectivity with your car speakers.

Bought this for a long trip, worth every penny also keeps you busy when your bored

I used this to replace the nav in my vehicle as the maps were outdated and not being updated any longer.

This GPS works good, but I'd like to know why it goes dark when I'm going down the road and then comes back on?

Not a good product. Still relies on updates and then needs access from your phone to work properly. Will not recommend. Google maps works better!

Ok once features are learned, went on a trip and was not ready to use as previous Garmin's, used older one while loading this one

Always stays updated through wifi. It has been great so far.

have not set it up yet but my last one worked for over 20 yrs.
