Also I noticed that it will auto shut off even though still being powered, WHY?? I use this for work and sometimes need to be stationary BUT need it for it's Bluetooth connection to my phone. I've gone through all the settings without any luck.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. When a device does not power on, or if the screen has become frozen and will not power off, a soft reset can help by forcing the device to reboot. So far it’s very up to date and has automatically done a couple of updates. I especially appreciate when it tells me there are traffic slow downs ahead and offers alternate routing. I highly recommend it, and also the larger display size is really nice.
