Old model no longer updating so purchased this replacement. Not as big of a screen but works as I wanted.

Not as great as the older version. The bottoms are touch screen and dont always work. I think a better or the most upgraded model would work better.

Good device but it loose satellite signal frequently. But other than that its okay.

Had ‘exchange’ a defective product and store only had a previous generation product available. Lower capability for an additive fee to ‘replace’ the inoperative unit.

Works good, The software is different than my previous garmin so it's taken alittle to get used to.

Would not connect to my internet in an attempt to load maps.

Does everything I needed and uses Alexa. Highly recommended for GPS.

Worst GPS unit I've ever used! Maps and programming updated when i plugged it in. I had it set to accept tolls and choose the fastest (not shortest) route from Cambridge, MD to Glen Burnie, MD (67 mi) and it consistently tried to route me through Elkton, MD (144 mi). Once I crossed the Chesapeake Bay Bridge it finally settled on the correct route, more or less. It still kept trying to send me down local roads instead of major highways. There were no accidents or road closures so it shouldn't have been trying to avoid congestion or back-ups. It did the same thing on the way home. It failed 100% of the time on all 4 legs of a known trip so I certainly wouldn't use it to take me across country. I don't know what the problem is but it's useless to me.

Detailed turn by turn display in different orders it can be set with ease.

Its good but didn't like how tailored these are to your phone now. Whole reason I got this was to avoid plugging in my phone all the time or connecting it. Wish they were more stand alone. Without your phone, finding locations is pretty much useless.

Was so impressed with 1st one, I bought second for my other car as well

I need to bring the GPS into the Geek Squad for help in using all the features of the new system. Primarily, the voice commands and ALEXA.

Works great, but would like it to be easier to change the route Push’s to the interstate of freeways too much

Worst Garmin I have ever used. It has not been able to find the correct location and a driveable route except for 1 out of 12 locations. I have had to get latitude and longitude and manually enter correct coordinates to get to most of the places we have needed to travel to. There are places with the name of the location we wanted to go to, but with the wrong location. If it had the correct location a few times, but tried routing via private or employee access only roads. Maybe it is because Florida. Yesterday was the last day for me to return it.....a paper weigh is all it seems to be useful for. Wasted a lot of money. I hope it works better in other states.

We were never able to get it to pair with the app.

its a garmin, so its a good product. but disappointed on how difficult it is to use. ex how to change my home to where i live. not florid. somewhat disappointed with product.

Great new Garmin gps. The graphics are clear and large enough to glance and see well. It's a wonderful addition to our road trip.

I was not able to calculate my day as with past units because there isn't a place to put in the time on site.
