Built on the Nuvi2525 line of Garmin GPS's this product has ease of use, functionality and the Garmin quality-. I've owned Garmins' for 10+ years and sold them as well. They are typically high quality products with reasonable issues. This product is the First Garmin I got that gets lost relatively higher then the c320 - nuvi 2565lmt, was driving with it just today next to a cemetery and it was off by 10', informing me I was in the middle of the cemetery and how to get out. This is only after a FEW months of use. That and some black outs and sattilight retrieval issues. NOW do not be dismayed, its still far superior to "tom toms" and some other no-name brands, lucky for me I got the extended warranty *due to recent Best Buy Experiences). what is in-excusable is the NEW voice command feature, its usefulness is short sighted in that it does have all needed to find places on voice command but NO noise filter (all my cars are noisy..I like sports cars), and it lacks the breath of control that a geek would expect like controlling ALL features of the unit by voice. However the "go home" feature for elderly customers makes it a godsend for many people. I am concerned about the workmanship but support has not been called on this yet, and Garmin support was exceptional in the past, I am hoping it still is. I paid too much and miss my nuvi 2565lmt and actually even my bulky c320 (lent to customer after his mini-usb went (a common problem), but thusfar its worth a buy at $150 arena

I have been putting off purchasing a much needed GPS since some of the ones I looked at were to confusing and at other stores could not get any assistance. At Best Buy I had the nicest salesman who showed me how to use a GPS, asked me a lot of questions and then by reviewing my answers suggested several different GPS units. I was very appreciative of his efforts and his knowledge of the products that Best Buy offers. So far so good with this GPS. Very easy to set up and use!

With Bluetooth it makes it a lot easier to get directions or phone calls when driving

This gps navigation unit has everything. Great screen, excellent voice recognition, and the best user interface around.

I got this for my dad as a fathers day gift. I love how it is very lightweight and how it is easy to use. Although somewhat expensive for what it is worth, I would say it is ok.

This Garmin is easy to use and has tons of information available. Like that we can update maps as our area changes.

I love this GPS! Have already updated the maps--easily done. Can answer phone calls via Bluetooth. Have used this on several trips already and it's very reliable.

I have always been a fan of Garmin GPS's. Great GPS, the three things that I don't like are that you have to put in an address before you can pick a state which is hidden from you and hard to find at first. The second thing is that I liked my old GPS that had a guys voice. It was just nice to have a choice of different voices. The final thing is that Garmin has cut it's languages almost to nothing. My older version had way more languages. Overall, great product for the money.

I'm new to this technology and found it fairly easy to navigate within the menus; happy with my purchase but not happy that I had to download the instructions!!!

This is my third Garmin and each is better than the last . Used it for a trip from Illinois to Florida recently and found it very user friendly even with all the new features over my prior unit . The Bluetooth feature is a nice addition although not very good in a convertible even with the top up due to additional wind noise . Much easier to use than the built in unit in my GM crossover .

very happy with my gps screen size makes it easy to see and navigate like the map updates very happy with my purchase and enjoy traveling since i have my new gps.

This does exactly what you want it to. It's easy to use. Fun to play with. The glass touch screen makes it feel better and more sturdy. It's a great buy.

Gps has been awesome to have I no longer have to accupy my cell phone or tie up my phone to get direction. It was an easy set up and easy to understand.

Being a long time GPS user, found this Garmin to meet all the needs and provided a few extras not thought of previously. Really enjoying using this Garmin

This is the easiest operating GPS system I have ever used. It gives me warnings of school zones so I can slow down, it has a very sensitive touch when typing in locations so I don't have to mash in the letters, it has voice command so I don't have to touch it to go to a saved location, and the screen is resistant to the effects of glare so it can be seen in almost any situation. It also has the capability of downloading apps for other enhanced operations.

My wife purchased this for her trip to Georgia. She had never visited before and had never used this device before. We have had a Garmin in the past and it has worked very well, which is our major reason for going back to that brand. They did not let us down. Easy to use voice commands and very impressive directions that called out landmarks by saying things like "turn left after the McDonald's" and that made her first time navigating through Atlanta very easy. We now keep this in my Toyota sienna as it has the factory GPS built-in and by the 5th step of the voice commands, you are ready to put your fist through the screen. Toyota's navigation= abysmal, Garmin navigation= perfection.

I have had several GPS models and like this one the best. Give it a shot and you will not be displeased.
