Garmin Nuvi 2589 LMT poor quality

This is our fourth Garmin as we have updated periodically. The Garmin worked fine on our trip down to Florida. Today we wanted to program a destination and it won't even turn on. This product is not even a month old. I feel this is a piece of junk.
