Good but could be better

I can't simultaneously show miles to destination and estimated time of arrival, and I miss that. Back of the GPS is not flat, so I can't use the magnetic mount that is so easy and stable to use. Not a fan of the mount it comes with as it loses suction and falls off from my dash frequently. Other than that, it works very well, is quick and easy to read and understand.

The Best GPS

My old Garmin is STILL working, but not up to date. Then I bought a Magellan. It had updates, but it self-destructed after 3 years. I have gone back to Garmin now, with free lifetime updates. It really is the best GPS brand around. And it provides GPS info on ALL the North American routes, including Mexico!

The gift of technology for mom

She wanted a GPS system for her car, so I started my research. There are many good systems out there, but the voice recognition sold me on the 2589 lmt (and this was the best price for that feature). My mom couldn't be happier! No typing with her arthritic fingers. Just tell the Garmin where you want to go and that's it. Thanks Garmin!
