Like the new features of showing food, gas and landmarks. Also, this unit does reroute if you miss a turn. Old unit tried to get me to go back to the missed turn.

The GPS adviced me to take a closed road in washington which cost me to lose 35 minutes of travel time. Last week my family and I wanted to go to ny seven lakes and the gps could not locate the address given to me by the parks website.

Regarding the closed road situation, this may be caused by your device not having the Traffic subscription feature and/or your device not having that information in the mapping. There are many Garmin GPS automotive devices that have the Traffic feature which can possibly report a closed road and prevent the user from being directed to use the closed road. It could also be an error in the mapping as there some some season road closing that are in the mapping.
Regarding the possible missing address, this too might be an error in the mapping. We would encourage you to ensure your device has the most current version the mapping. Garmin Express can be used to update the device and the program can be download and installed to a compatible operating system by visiting www.garmin.com/express.
If the address for the park was in a different city, we would encourage you to use the information from the Garmin FAQ link below to help you do that. The second Garmin FAQ link below helps find locations if you are not able to find the city the address is in.
